Tiap sendok takar (5 ml) sirop mengandung :

CARA KERJA OBAT :
- Nifuroxazide adalah senyawa nitrofuran memiliki efek bakterisidal terhadap Escherichia coli, Shigella dysenteriae, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus dan Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Nifuroxazide bekerja lokal pada saluran pencernaan.
- Aktifitas antimikroba Nifuroxazide lebih besar dari obat anti infeksi intestinal biasa seperti kloroyodokuin.
- Pada konsentrasi encer (1 : 25.000) Nifuroxazide masih memiliki daya bakterisidal.

INDIKASI :
Diare akut, diare yang disebabkan oleh E. coli & Staphylococcus, kolopatis spesifik dan non spesifik, baik digunakan untuk anak-anak maupun dewasa.

KONTRA INDIKASI :
Hipersensitifitas terhadap Nifuroxazide, dan komponen obat ini.

EFEK SAMPING :
Efek samping dapat ditoleransi dengan baik.
Dapat terjadi pengurangan flora mikroba normal, suatu gejala umum dalam penggunaan bakterisidal, hal ini dapat kembali normal apabila pemberian Nifuroxazide dihentikan.

ATURAN PAKAI :
Bayi dibawah 6 bulan : 1 sendok takar 2 kali sehari
Bayi diatas 6 bulan
dan anak-anak : 1 sendok takar 3 kali sehari
Dewasa : 1 - 2 sendok takar, 3 kali sehari
Atau menurut petunjuk dokter.

COMPOSITION:
- NIFUDIAR suspension, each 5 mL contains:
Nifuroxazide ……………….. 250 mg

ACTIONS:
- Nifuroxazide is a new, potent, non-toxic nitrofuran derivative. This intestinal agent has anti-infectious properties and is highly effective against Escherichia coli, Shigella dysenteriae, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
- Nifuroxazide has local action in gastrointestinal tract.
- Nifuroxazide antibacterial activity greater than that of intestinal anti-infective chloroiodoquine.
- Nifural is still bactericidal at a diluted concentration of 1 : 25,000

INDICATIONS:
Acute diarrhoea, diarrhoea caused by E. coli and Staphylococcus, colopathis-specific and non-specific in children and adults.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Hypersensitivity to Nifuroxazide or any of the excipients

PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS:
NIFUDIAR should be given with caution in patients with neurological disorders.

ADVERSE REACTIONS:
No untoward effects can be observed. However, it must be borne in mind that a reduction of the normal microbial flora could occur, a general symptom of bactericides. This is immediately and integrally reconstituted due to the rapid elimination of nifuroxazide after medication has been discontinued.
Abdominal pain, diarrhoea, green pigment on tongue, urine and faeces.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Infants <6 months: 1 tsp 2 times daily
Children and Infants >6 months: 1 tsp 3 times daily
Adults: 1-2 tsp 3 times daily
Or as prescribed by the physician.
Shake well before use.
